. Whizz Kidz max day. OH & I met through #climbing so we were delighted to see the kids get a chance to climb! 💜 I even got a climb in myself for the first time since before I had the kids & was surprisingly chilled until I made the fatal mistake of looking down 🤣

Eldest teen has informed me that he has to do an absolute minimum of 8 photoshoots for his photography project. Has he chosen a topic that’s based locally … no he hasn’t! 😅 Well, I’ll certainly be confident with driving hilly twisty roads in pitch black by April!!

Spent a bit of time at the beach this morning.

I spent yesterday being angry & sad but Geology at Leicester have managed to make me laugh. At the centenary day last year we were told that the strong ‘upstairs/downstairs’ divide no longer exists. Turns out the time of open day talks still makes people pick a side 🤣 Teen is thinking!

Eldest loved the Leicester open day, is def adding it to his shortlist spreadsheet & is seriously considering geology after the talks & a look through the module booklets for both subjects!! After 3 days of driving 6-7hrs/day I’m very glad I don’t have to drive for a few days! 😴

Between the #snow in the N of #Scotland, traffic in Edinburgh & the sat nav going bananas & sending me through Newcastle city centre (🤯) it’s been a very very long and tiring drive to #Durham! Now fed and ready for bed! 😴

So much rain here last night with the #storm that’s coming through. Checking the cows this morning was a bit soggy due to the gley #soil in our bottom fields! Thankfully the field they are in is on a slope so they’re sensibly staying out of the water!
