Bye bye Las Vegas. GeoFS checking out later than the rest from Flight Simulation Association 2024 after a few detours 🏜️ to verify the upcoming new scenery accuracy! Many thanks to the organising team for an amazing show. See you next year in Providence. Full write up to come soon on the blog.
Some people could try it out at Flight Simulation Association in Las Vegas: GeoFS flight plan tool is now live in version 3.8! Linked to AP/NAV, with export/import features and Mach speed hold. Flight recorder now draws flight path on the map and holds up to 10 hours you can save/load locally.
A big thank you to Yawman Flight for letting me fly back from Flight Simulation Association with one of their controllers! Despite some minor teething problems, it works wonders with GeoFS in browser and even on the exotic Raspberry Pi setup! It really is the multiplatform "Handheld Cockpit"!
