Everyone's talking about the death of indiehacking but I feel like I'm at an all-time high for the number of indie SaaS founders that I'm actively rooting for and really enjoy following. Yes, it's popularized and competitive but the quality has risen with that.

So much productivity advice focuses automation or delegation. But the best productivity hack I know is figuring out what things you can just not do at all. 👇 outseta.com/posts/growth-b…

Outseta We have been using Outseta for one of our projects, we had some technical questions. They were answered within a few hours and always with people who know what they are doing. Awesome. And unheard of at most companies nowadays. ❤️

Every founder eventually learns the headcount fallacy: thinking more people will mean more progress. It feels natural to believe that adding headcount accelerates growth. More engineers means more features. More salespeople means more revenue. But the opposite is usually true.

Paid ads work. Even in the context of bootstrapped software companies. They might not be in-line w/ your goals or what you want to prioritize, but they work. Full stop. Saying otherwise is like me saying "PHP doesn't work." It's never worked for me—so it must not work at all!

what happened to SaaS support? every platform I try to contact has terrible response times and the people I speak with are unable to figure out the questions doesn't matter whether we're paying them $20 or $300 wasn't like this a few years ago?

My social feeds have been filled with variations of: "Setting up payments, authentication, + transactional emails is too hard." A lot of capable companies are fumbling the bag on this one... here's the mindset shift I think they need to take to heart. outseta.com/posts/easy-pay…

I hate your YouTube thumbnails. Yes, you. Everything has to be sensational now. Everything must be clickbait. Because of the algo they say. But just because it works, doesn't mean you must do it.

I still don't get how people launch X startups in X months. I've been building Ferndesk daily for ~3 months, but only this week have I _really_ started to fall in love with this product. I 100% wouldn't have gotten here if I switched to something else midway.

You know those perfect Instagram travel photos that give you FOMO? That’s what building with AI is right now. From the outside, you see one beautiful moment in time. If you were actually there you remember the reality of it being blazing hot and full of bugs.
