The number of non-hand orthopedic surgeons who claim to be incapable of treating a fight bite or flexor tenosynovitis is some bullshit. Oh, you can't make an incision and run water through a superficial joint or tendon sheath?

Big day. And Telluride Ski Resort needs to get it together and replace some lifts, starting with lift 7. It’s 50 years old, slow, unsafe, and the only access point from the west side of town. Find me another resort charging $260 a day with a shittier lift as a major access point.

Don’t let the cuteness fool you, 7yo doesn’t flinch at hiking uphill (Catherine’s area at Alta) and dropping through avalanche gates. Yardsale doing what he does. Oldest/14 has been skiing double blacks since 6 weeks post op ORIF tibia fracture. I’m so proud of these kids.

1,000,000 ft of vertical for 4th consecutive season! I don’t think I’ve previously done consecutive 40K days. End of season ski shape. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

An urgent care referred a carpenter with a splinter in his hand to me. It was removed with tweezers. Referred a laceration to the ED for sutures. Referred wrist fractures to the ED for splinting. These places offer very little value to many patients.
