20 years ago, on 9/12, I took the Metro North into NYC to see Ground Zero. I’ve always loved New York. I had been on the viewing deck of WTC 2 a few weeks earlier. Now the sky was bruised and the skyline was broken. I took photos. I was 19. Was trying to process. Still trying.

Recommend against using the concept “psychological safety”. “Psychological” is naturally taken to mean “feeling of”. “Safety” is focused exclusively on downside protection. If you’re pushing outside of your comfort zone and swinging for upside, the shoe won’t fit.
