Our firstborn is 20!! Wow, us walking home from the hospital. 2 miles. I rem it being the talk of the unit. The sister said we have never had this before. Lol. Normalising birth, post partum exercise 😃 first walk 🫶 wish I could go back and do it all again 🥲 x

Our nephew turns 16.. midwife Auntie Gem: first to catch, hold, and pray over. 🫶🙏😀 I love him so much.
