1 place left for No Barriers Here©️ Facilitator Training on Friday 3rd May.
One size does not fit all. Adding No Barriers Here©️ to your toolkit offers an equity-oriented & less verbal approach to advance care planning, enabling more people to express their end of life wishes.
This is so exciting. The UK’s first National Advance Care Planning Day is taking place on Monday 8th May.
Well done to all involved in starting this important initiative in the UK 👏

Looking forward to visiting Foyle Hospice with Catherine Hodge this week.
The first of 5 Hospice UK focus groups across England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland to explore and better understand people’s experiences of death, dying and financial hardship to inform a new report.
Pulling a 12.5hr day on a Friday wasn’t in the plan 😴 but it’s been an immensely productive & mostly enjoyable week.
Highlights include CYP coproduction meeting (always a joy) & having 2 abstracts accepted for Public Health Palliative Care International International Conference 2024 😃
