Had a great leadership meeting today. We’ve recently had visits from CQCProf West Sussex County Council NHS Sussex News & our peer SPFT quality & safety reviews & the same theme is always fed back- friendly, welcoming, visible & caring staff with notable leadership support. I’m so proud of you all ⭐️

It was great to hear about @LGH_AmberPICU latest QI project on referral data & reasons- networking with peers across trust & being led by ward Administrator Natalie who gave presentation in our leadership meeting yesterday. Proud of you guys, amazing stuff 🙌🏻 #qi #nhs

I spent today at Langley Green Hospital 🌈💙, visited a couple of our wards with Gemma Rose and had an excellent CQCProf engagement meeting where some of our fab clinical leaders inc. Jodie 🌈(She/her/hers) Kate Stammers showcased some excellent nursing care. Such a proud day #CNO
