Many congratulations to our alumnus Ramiz Raja on his election as 36th Chairman of Pakistan Cricket. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Prof Dr Asghar Zaidi hosted Mr. Ramiz Raja GC University Lahore last week, gifted GCU’s floppy hat & wished him success in his endeavours for promotion of cricket in Pakistan.

We respect Dr. Khalid Aftab’s decision to refuse. With pure intentions, we GC University Lahore had wished to honour him and others for the services they render to GCU and for higher education. It's disappointing, but we hope to honor him in the future, and seek guidance from him.
