.RoperMountain has been awarded the 2024 South Carolina Project Learning Tree Jerry L. Shrum Leadership in Education Award! Under the leadership of Environmental Science Chair Tim Taylor and Adjunct Instructor Carrie Whitlock, it is the first organization to receive this honor.

More than 90 representatives from four-year, two-year and technical institutions and the military attended the the Greenville County College Fair. All 15 GCS high schools sent more than 2,100 students to have the chance to connect with those representatives. #GraduationPlus

HARD AT WORK! Since last week, GCS groundskeepers have been clearing debris from school properties. At RoperMountain, more than 100 trees were toppled by Hurricane Helene. Today, Ron Kennedy and his maintenance operations crew continued the hard work of cleaning up.
