It’s a wrap, the 1st annual Wee One Foundation ever for the MVGCSA was a BIG success. The teams were completely sold out and the group got a special treat filling the event with Ozzie Smith Congrats to the successful tournament committee (below)

Had a great time connecting with Ozark GCSA members at Springfield CC this weekend. The area has received more rain than needed so attendance was down slightly. Still had a good group for golf and education about severe storm monitoring and safety.

What a day!!! Great turnout for the KGCSA S&R event at Manhattan CC The course was amazing thanks to host Superintendent Nik Youngers and staff. S/O to Christy Dipman on being named to the KGCSA Hall of Fame, she joins her husband Cliff in the Hall.

Every year I work with the Iowa FFA Foundation on their annual golf tournament. This year I met my first turf student on the state FFA board. Next year, the foundation will present their first ever Turfgrass scholarship of $2500!!! Progress is being made!!! National FFA GCSAA
