Great lattice workout yesterday at the track. The boys ran another 4x4 which was 3 x 200 fly with the wind. We take their 3 times and put it into a formula that gives us a predictor of a 4x4 split. This predicts a 4x4 split (not open 400) in perfect conditions. Great job boys!!!
