Some v. small steps taken already Aberdeenshire Council SustransCymru but thereโs clearly still so much needing addressed eg surfacing upgrades, drainage fixes, vegetation clearance, removing barriers preventing the wonderful resource from being truly inclusive & accessible for all

Itโs unforgivable that Aberdeen City Council has NEVER, in earnest, investigated implementing school streets, even a trial. As proved elsewhere, these can be game-changing on so many fronts. Letโs hope that next week the first steps will be taken to put our children BEFORE motor vehicles

RtN2024: The Tour of Angus 70/100 miles around the Coast and the Glens. No timing - never a race, never just a picnic! Thanks to Angus Council for cooperation on this (when they've had other transport headaches). They're considering my request to rebuild some roads much higher!
