Finding a large intracytoplasmic mucin vacuole in salivary gland FNA for a "Low-grade Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma" is often like finding an INCI for a "Papillary Carcinoma" on a thyroid FNA. Your confidence level for the diagnosis goes way up.

Calcifications (“psammoma-like”) and stromal amyloid (both seen here), although uncommon, can be observed in well-differentiated “Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors” (PanNET). Best prep to look for them, cell block sections. (Pancreas, EUS-FNA)
