"Fabulous" case of soft tissue "PARAGANGLIOMA" (PG). Note the amazing resemblance to the thyroid HTA that I recently tweeted. Historically, the HTA was initially named "Paraganglioma-like Thyroid Adenoma". When PG arise in the thyroid (rare), they may also resemble Medullary CA.

From this morning's sign-out - A gorgeous "whorly" appearance of mucin on Pap stain from a pancreatic bed FNA. The patient is status-post Whipple for m-diff adenocarcinoma with mucinous features.
