0-1 in the NY session. Waited all morning and YM finally presented a setup. It just didn’t pay. 3 confluences: - Above ON POC = bullish bias - PW VAH - CS VAL Knew there could be drawdown with 40 points between PW VAH and CS VAL. Took it anyway. Valid setup, clean execution.

Make trading about the process, not the outcome. The moment money becomes your focus, you start making worse decisions.

1/1 in the NY session. Clean break/retest on YM. Took my 100 points and stuck to plan. Price ran 600+ after, but no regrets. 3 confluences: - Above ON/CS POC = bullish bias - PW VAL - CS VAH 1:1RR Base hit. Process > outcome.

0-2 in the NY session. Nothing much to say. A bit frustrated, but I followed my plan and respected my risk. No follow-through today. We run it back tomorrow. Process > outcome.

It’s fine to feel emotions while trading. The problem: Acting on those emotions, which causes tilting, revenge trading, adding to losers, sizing up the next trade, or chasing higher targets to recover a loss. Stay disciplined, and consistency will follow.
