New anchor pronged clips (MANTIS) used in conjunction with the standard reopening clips are a great new tool to close post-EMR defects (at least 20-30 mm). You can use 1 mantis clip for approximation of mucosal edges, followed by complete closure using conventional clips.

I opted for hemostasis with the clip. However, after the first clip bleeding was far from managed.

Bleeding did not stop even after 4 clips were deployed.

Finally, hemostasis was achieved after additional submucosal injection bellow the clips followed by snare placement around the clip bundle and soft coagulation.
