What a lovely walk this morning with Gelert, not a route we do often and Gelert had his first experience of young cows, he’s not a fan! Anyway lots of cow poo and muddy rivers for him to play in. Bathtimw on the way home!

A busy few days at the end of last week with a 6 hour drive back from Cardiff on Friday in appalling weather conditions. Peaceful weekend with my pup (2 yr old Welsh Collie) to recuperate, walks on both Sat & Sun. With a Sunday reset today. Blessed with the love of this beaut!

Recently I’ve been able to WFH a day per week when calendars allow. To sit and have lunch with my dog is such a blessing, he misses me terribly whilst I’m at work as I leave at 6.15am most morning. I’m lucky to be able to adopt hybrid working!

Out of office is on, lovely brunch at Altcar before finishing for the Christmas break! It’s been a funny old year, new job & change of circumstances at home, inc a new grandchild. Lucky to work with amazing people & in my boss have a great man & a good friend! #MerryChristmas
