This is the bottom of my DFS sofa. A spring has once again come loose. This is the FOURTH time it has broken in just 3.5 years. Never known a sofa break so many times. Clearly unfit for purpose and badly made. Yet still they refuse to replace it. I’d never buy from DFS again.

Dreadful customer service from @eon_next today. They’ve now billed me THREE TIMES for the same period last March due to billing error after smart meter installed. Meant to have refunded me but now billed me AGAIN! So disappointing. Not got back to me today despite promising to.

I complained to @eon_next over a week ago because they’ve broken Ofgem’s back-billing rules and tried to bill me for electric used over 12 months ago, due to billing errors after I had a smart meter installed. Yet still no refund. The rules are clear: ofgem.gov.uk/information-co…
