When you hear students speaking highly of a colleague, please go directly to the teacher and tell them all about it. Email. Text. Whatever. It happens all the time. Don't waste it.

Anyone else noticing students opting out of assignments because they don’t like them or are boring? I think one of the after effects of their time “learning at home” is that they have determined that if they don’t like doing it, it doesn’t have value. Or is it just me?

You know who really supports suspensions and expulsions? The other kids in a class who can’t learn because of one student, the kids who just want to learn math or history but can’t hear their teacher yet again
