Learn to accept compliments. Most people, when they receive a compliment, tend to downplay it by statements like 'Oh, it was nothing' or 'I just got lucky.' Next time someone praises you, accept it, own it- and brag about it- even if you did not do much to earn it.

The average person wastes about 5 hours a day watching TV, scrolling through social media, or talking repeat nonsense on phone with a few friends or relatives. 5 hours a day means 35 hours a week, or about 6 extra days a month - enough to transform your life!
