We are on scene of a non-injury rollover crash on Laurelwood RD. The road is closed between Bald Peak and Parmele Roads until further notice. Expect a long closure. #pdxtraffic

*Road Closure* As we tweeted earlier, SW Laurelwood Road is closed between Bald Peak and Parmele Roads. Washington County Sheriff’s Office (Oregon) & Washco Oregon Roads are working with a tow company to remove the dump truck, trailer/equipment and asphalt from the roadway. We are on scene of a grass fire on SW Hartley RD. Firefighters have extinguished the fire, which burn a little over an acre. There is no threat to the surrounding area.

The cause to this afternoons fire on SW Hartley RD was property own smoking out gophers with propane torch. Flames from torch spread to grass and became out of control. Reminder, burning of any kind is still banned. Small recreational fires are still allowed.

Delivery truck attempting to turn around on flooded road couldn’t see ditch and got stuck. This is on Gaston Road across from Brown Park. They’re waiting for a tow out.

We are on scene of a 2 alarm house fire on Horner LN in the Cherry Grove community. Firefighters are gaining control of the flames. Please avoid the area. Our PIO is not responding to the scene, info updates/pictures will be delayed.

At 4 this afternoon we responded to a single vehicle crash on Patton Valley RD near Dundee RD. The crash took out a pole & vehicle ended up in a ditch. We had to cut the driver out & bring them up to the road with minor injuries. Road is partially block until pole is fixed.

We are on scene of a 2 alarm barn fire on SW Old Highway 47. This portion of the road, north of Gaston is closed. Please avoid the area.

We have Mount Richmond RD closed near Patton Valley RD for power lines down from a fallen tree. Portland General is on scene. The power is out for several PGE & Western Oregon Electric customers in the Patton Valley/Cherry Grove area.

Icy roads possible tonight & Mon morning as colder temperatures filter in. Low temps tonight fall into the 20s. Any liquid surface water will freeze to result in icy and potentially hazardous travel conditions. Use caution as outdoor surfaces and walkways may become icy overnight
