Anyone else noticing a load of discarded disposable vapes littering our streets, pavements and verges? This has to be the another environmental disaster in the making, do we really need them in our lives? I’d support a ban or a tax on the manufacture of them.

Fantastic night for a spin out on the MTB on the local trails.

Our thoughts today are with West Midlands Fire Service and with the family, friends and colleagues of Firefighter Iain Hughes who has gone missing during an attempt to swim the English Channel - a challenge he was undertaking to raise funds for us and two other charities.

Had a nice, peaceful open water swim this morning, but my thoughts were with my Firefighter Brother Iain Hughes, his family, friends and colleagues, hearing the very sad news he is missing in the English Channel.

A big ride today over the iconic landmark that is the Humber Bridge, when I looked down to the water it’s hard to believe I swam that stretch two years ago, looks too scary now!

Only been back a few hours, but missing Northumberland already.
