As the 2023 WCPSS Teacher of the Year, Mr. Terry Hennings is participating in the Go Global NC international study program in South Korea. He was able to tour a majority of the country but the majority of his trip was spent in Seoul and Busan. Wake County Public School System James Overman

Cadet Alyvia Banks from GMHS was the number one cadet out of 355 cadets that attended JROTC Cadet Leadership Camp at Fort Barfoot, VA. The cadets came from schools across NC and VA.
