You win Ganesh Aswath MD ! Yes, after reviewing a few cases of "a focus of intestinal metaplasia" at #gipath meeting, I learned that after taking 6 biopsies in D1&D2 (some double bites) there is a small fragment of duodenum in the forceps jaws contaminating gastric biopsies.
