Want a simple and effective Push Day? 1. 2-3 sets Incline Chest Press 2. 2-3 sets Horizontal Chest Press 3. 2-3 sets Chest Flye 4. 2-3 sets Lateral Raise Simple & effective. Feel free to throw in intensifiers on the final set of lateral raises to increase total volume.

I think home gyms have great utility but for the vast majority of people, I don't believe it is conducive to pushing as hard or as effectively as you can -- it's like working from home. Note: Everyone with a home gym thinks they're the exception to this.
