Gail Gregory Thankyou. When caring for my Aunt and Dad the gloom messaging undervalued the special moments and our relationships. Of course there were emotional and hard times. Now their memory is the time we laughed, the smile the hand touch. The rest was just dementia s fault not theirs.

Good. Morning 😊 It’s an early start this morning 5am and I’m preparing myself for another adventure. Trying something else a little different, curtesy of my daughter. I’m off to be a Zookeeper for a day. You can try something new when living with Dementia 😊

A few photos from our zookeeper experience. We fed the animals, prepared food, shoveled poop, cleaned enclosures and was exhausted by lunch. The highlight of our day was definitely hand feeding the Red Pandas
