It’s been 7 weeks since Vodafone UK promised to resolve an issue. It has been 3 weeks, maybe, since I got fed up, and asked for a deadlock letter to take it to @OmbudServices. Here I am, weeks later, on the phone still nagging. No idea when I can get a resolution on this. Fed up.
