Yesterday, I paid $120 for a subscription to Farcaster Pro. Today, michael (mjc716 on fc) launched a token called $PRO and airdropped it to the first 500 Pro subscribers who claimed. When it landed in my wallet, my airdrop was worth exactly $120. Are you on Farcaster yet, anon?

Brazil has sentenced comedian Léo Lins to 8 years and 3 months in prison simply for making jokes that would be protected as free speech anywhere else

you gotta love America man the richest man on earth just aggressively roasting the president of the entire country and everyone is memeing any other country and you'd be censored, jailed, or missing

Everybody argues their own side. Who gives an f. Just use whatever you like and makes sense. I prefer Go every time except if the performance gain from Rust is absolutely necessary.

if you want a hedge for account suspension or censorship, make a Farcaster account. open, permissionless network where users own their accounts (no protocol-level censorship) and developers can build without expensive APIs that could get rugged.

Apparently the best part of Dia browser is the onboarding at first open but I missed it completely because it opened on my laptop not my monitor and my speakers were off.

Why do people think context window size is a big limitation for AIs to be able to fully replace humans as coders? I'd say most of us keep a very compressed version of the codebase in our head and rely on code search and tools to get the details we need. Coding agents are already

DARPA designed the internet / packet switching to be decentralized and this is still the case. They didn't design the web. The web wasn't designed for a website to survive a nuclear strike. It's up to the website host to figure that out.

ok - this would make the Dia browser infinitely better and actually give me a reason to use it since I haven't found a good use for it now. A useful use case would be opening your production web app, and a Figma tab, then ask Dia to change the web app to look like the Figma tab

imagine burning $42,000 a month because "X is the town square" only to be unceremoniously rugged. CT craves pain but this is something else. it doesn't have to be this way: crypto apps are better on an open, programmable, cryptonative network. see you on Farcaster.
