Scrap the two-child benefit cap & lift 330,000 children from avoidable poverty. Reverse means-testing of winter fuel payments & protect millions of pensioners from fuel poverty. Nationalise water, energy, rail & mail, & put public need before corporate greed. Tax the rich.

My first attempt at my all-time favourite Indian dish - Lamb Saag 🇮🇳 Not bad but could do with more garlic and turmeric next time. I’m sure if my Dadu was alive he’d be telling me it needs LOTS more chilli too!

Volunteering your time to help people in need is one of the best way to create a glimmer. Glimmers are moments of connection with yourself and others that heal trauma and build resilience.

Teaching children how to regulate their emotions is crime prevention. It’s addiction prevention. It’s the path to a world where people can disagree, and still respect each other.
