Excited to see what the Phillies gave up for Duran. It was noted earlier they weren’t willing to budge on Painter. Did they hold firm? We’re about to see what we *could have* at one point gotten for Chapman in a hypothetical deal. Need Céad Míle Fáilte take on the deal afterwards.

Given what we know now as the cost for Jhoan Duran, they likely wouldn’t have gone to this level for Chapman when comparing the potential deals. With that said I wouldn’t have been happy with less than this for a Chapman trade, so I’m glad they aren’t trading him.
