2/ Day One: Finding Your Why & Protecting Your Joy 🇬🇧UK Ambassador for happiness 🙂 ’s keynote: *“Remember your why, fill your cup, protect your joy.” Sessions on wellbeing, authentic leadership & sustainable habits. Practical resources shared to save leaders hours of time.

3/ Day Two: Making Leadership Matter @KateOwbridge: “If what you do every day doesn’t matter to you, you may be in the wrong school – not the wrong profession.” Her wisdom: lead with purpose, consistency & communication.

4/ Caroline Sherwood& Andrew Finney - Educationalist & Published Author – Codified Leadership Floodlight behaviours: trust, vision, accountability. Torchlight behaviours: daily actions & routines. “Without vision you can’t lead. It keeps you focused on the signal, not lost in the noise.”

Some very sad news. Former world boxing champion Ricky Hatton has been found dead, aged 46, at his home in Greater Manchester.

The latest ofsted model will simply perpetuate, or possibly worsen, what is already happening. It is a dead parrot simple as that. The selection by compliance schs will continue to be rewarded. The inclusive ones will live in fear of the next insp. People will be damaged again
