Took just one trade today, got in a bit late-collected 19 points on a bank holiday. Price retraced all the way back to the midnight open. On the bright side, almost zero drawdown

The successful retracement rate for November is currently 58.33% - 12 trading days so far, with 7 successful retracements. First one didn’t work, but the second one did (stats need repeated attempts to see principles play out accurately)

Is it much? no, it's not much. But is it honest work? Yes, It is. I'll be very surprised if we don't hit midnight, but I won't be disappointed

I don’t believe in the statement: "I have 8+ variables for my entry, and I trade successfully, profitably every day". I’ve seen this claim a lot on popular yt trading channel and here on X, but it just doesn’t add up. The more variables you have in a strategy for entry, the less

What do you think happens more often statistically when yesterday’s PDL or PDH is swept? Price reverses(after the sweep, price rejects and moves the other way) Price continues (the sweep turns into a breakout, and price keeps going in the same direction)

If you were to take every single PDL/PDH sweep trade, you’d be better off focusing on continuations (though I wish the difference was more significant) Price reverses: This means the price moves further in the opposite direction after the sweep compared to the continuation.

The most common question I get in my DMs (besides where can I get historical data?) is "How do I search for stats and probabilities?" Here’s how I do it: 1.Collect raw data: like PDL and PDH sweeps 2.Sort into categories: break it down into Rejects, Consolidates, and Breaks Out

I have enough data now. The time has come to put this to the test in a combine Disregard the two small trading days-they don’t belong in the test. We’ll start fresh this Monday topstepx.com/share/stats?sh…

I wish I had more days with 100-point moves, but I know it’s just statistically not possible for me. Today, I was on the wrong side of the market all day. On days like this, my goal is just to get a base hit per account and move on. Looking at the chart right now, yeah, I
