First of all, compensation without accountability is just optics. Who killed and injured the protesters? Why are they not in prison? Are they above the law? If it doesn’t start from there, the entire process is bullshit.

Seems so many people were/are auditioning to be in the same government they are “fighting ” . Not to be discouraged, to remain leaderless with a common enemy is how we move forward.

Language is important. They are not victims of protests. They are victims of state sanctioned violence. Kenyans speaking out against corruption were killed and injured as a result of state sanctioned violence.

Compensation should start with justice first . Killer cops will just be killing youths because this stupid regime introduced compensation without justice.
