First founded by the Women's Institute, today, we remain a charity led by women, and women make up more than half of our volunteers. We've introduced policies around shared parenting leave and menopause and menstruation to create a happier working environment for all #IWD2023

Women belong👏 in all places👏 where decisions👏 are being made👏 Today we remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg, U.S. Supreme Court Justice. #RBG was a champion for justice & she cleared the way for gender equality so other women can have a seat at the table. Her legacy lives on.

Portrait of leading suffragist Millicent Fawcett by Annie Swynnerton just acquired for Parliament’s art collection. I watched the unveiling online. 1st of a suffragist for the collection, it will be available to view by summer. Can’t wait to see it!
