Really excited to be attending my first FTDUK conference. Attending conferences in person is so much better than online. It's also fantastic that Alzheimer's Society is sponsoring the ECR prizes.

Nice to see over 100 people have made it in person despite the rail strikes today! Over 50 attendees on line so far. Next talk is Prof Jenna Gregory from the University of Aberdeen. #endftd

FTDUK Thanks to everyone involved in organizing #FTD UK. Great talks, many of which highlighting synapses and glutamatergic neurons! Interestingly, our recent study on #brain #DNAmethylation (rdcu.be/dbAQ2) also implicates dysregulation glutamatergic synapses in #FLTD! 😊
