First vacation day off of my regular job plus finished the holidsy run of the play Puss in Boots. This adds up to I read a book today!!! May get me back into writing mode.

OK, I haven't been doing a lot of writing BUT, I was cast in another show, I am working on juggling clubs, I have a cover for my Kindle version of The Clock Strikes Twelve and I am still alive and breathing.

Time to find balance. I am cast in another show that begins rehearsal in two weeks, I have been knighted as an "enforcer" for a stalled project at work and am trying to learn to juggle clubs. Yes, this means I will be getting back to my WIP. #writerslife

Quick story. In 1987 my first query for a non-fiction book was picked up. Eight chapters completed, the publishing company was swallowed by a larger one and the book was dropped. Three of those chapters became articles for VideoMaker magazine. So you never know. #writerslife

I actually get more writing done during a show when I am in the Green Room and during lulls in the rehearsal process. Therefore I am looking forward to the next few weeks of rehearsal for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels the musical.

I see the volume of books out there and it can seem intimidating. Then I think of the ten (yes 10) books I sold last week and I am thrilled that I have more readers enjoying (I hope) my stories. Yay! #writerscommunity #writerslife
