At St John's: ​Under the present lockdown all in person services are currently suspended. The church will however remain open for private prayer on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. Details of online services can be found in the weekly notice sheet.

We couldn't hold our usual service by the well this year but we did get a visit from The Mayor of Frome to look at the flowers by St Aldhelm's statue in church and the welldressing #Frome

Archaeological investigations in March and May 2021 at St John the Baptist, Frome, by Context One Heritage & Archaeology found remains of the ancient church on the site as described by William of Malmesbury in the 1120’s. Further details at stjohnsfrome.com/archaeology2021
