Should people with eating disorders be moved on to palliative care if the treatment isn’t working?

Should we have a clear pathway for palliative care for those with eating disorders?

Should clinicians be allowed to make people with eating disorders as untreatable?

Hope Virgo In my experience, I was discharged into sole care of GP (who admitted they were ill-equipped and unable to offer any MH support); left alone
to cope as best I could. So the concept of “palliative care” is deceiving, as in truth, it is a total withdrawal of any specialised care.
