Alcohol just gives some people an excuse to behave in a way that they really want to but don't feel comfortable doing while sober.

Saying "I was drunk" to justify/explain inappropriate behaviour tells more about you than you think.

Regardless of all scientific justification of the habit, if you need alcohol to "loosen up" socially, you have a self-esteem issue.

If you can't feel confident and be yourself in a social setting without alcohol, then you have a self-esteem issue.

It takes self-love to be confident in your skin EVERYWHERE.

How can I trust health and medical advice from a doctor who eats only junk food, is addicted to alcohol and DOES NOT DRINK WATER?

A doctor who does not practice preventative health care?

WHY are they earning so much money then? Half them know even less than we know about preventative health care!

How can I take advice from a doctor who only advocates proper diet and exercise when patients are ill or trying to recover from illness?

Who is completely ignorant of the toxic and contaminated state of our food supply? Who doesn't see the value of eating organic foods?
