SB13 has ridiculously vague definitions and ones that interfere with high school content. We are dismayed to see that legislators can’t design a bill that has practicable definitions.

Breaking- HB3225 which would have set age restrictions at public libraries failed to pass the Senate deadline tonight. We are glad to know that Texas public libraries can continue serving patrons and allowing families to make their own choices.
