Yesterday was a wonderful day of celebration at PGM. l loved seeing our staff and students dress up for the Halloween parade!

Last week's morning meeting activity involved discussing the many things we can control in our daily lives and how to deal with the few things out of our control in a more positive way. There were so many wonderful thoughts and ideas shared during this time :)

Last week, our class celebrated the end of our unit by sharing group projects and final drafts. Students shared positive feedback with one another by "sticking" compliments in each other's mailboxes.

Doctors train themselves through medical rounds. Here, Pine Grove language arts teachers train themselves through instructional rounds. In rounds, we watch students learning so that we can reflect on our own teaching practices. @PGM_FTPSchools

Many of my students love dogs, so I chose a book about service and therapy dogs on RAZ Kids to model the chapter structure I want students to use in their informational texts. I love RAZ Kids and how it can be used to target the interests of students!
