When Johnson & Johnson used a slimy legal maneuver to try to skirt responsibility for its cancer-causing talc powder, I called out its corporate abuse. Now, J&J is offering to pay $8.9 billion, but refuses to admit any wrongdoing. I call BS. Families deserve justice.

Justice Thomas should be held accountable for violating federal disclosure law, but that's not enough. We should ban justices from taking lavish, donor-funded vacations in the first place. Congress must strengthen the judicial code of ethics and other anti-corruption safeguards.
