At the start of UK Parliament Week I was pleased to welcome pupils from Christ the King Christ the King Catholic Primary primary school to Parliament. They kept me on my toes asking a lot of challenging questions - they're a credit to the community. #UKPW




As part of Parliament Week, Mrs Carlile came into Class 1 to teach them about what parliament is. She introduced them to some teddies to explain how parliament is made up and they sang a song. They then looked at a story #EYFS #Parliamentweek Romero CAT

As part of UK Parliament Week, Leader of the House of Commons Lucy Powell MP and House of Lords Angela Smith teamed up for a Q&A session, sharing insights into the workings of Parliament and their unique roles in both Houses.
