Today, at the Justice Sector Strategy launch, the ACC’s boothe was visited by HE Brig. (Rtd.) Dr. Julius Maada Bio together with the Chief Minsiter and the Attorney-General and Minsiter of Justice and I was there to take him through our public education and policy materials.

As part of Sierra Leone’s highly impactful and innovative non-conviction based asset recovery, ACC IMPOSES 20% INTEREST ON RECOVERY FROM ALPHA BRIMA TIMBO AND CLIFFORD BOLA THOMAS OF THE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT, AND BANS THEM FROM HOLDING PUBLIC OFFICE FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS.

Schools are back and I do routine checks on my daughters in school, chat with their teachers and use the time to motivate them to go for gold. I am so proud of her because she is more COMPETITIVE and ACADEMICALLY RUTHLESS than I was with 1st position all-round at Annie Walsh.

It’s been an enriching day with our Counterparts from Cameroon whose Anticorruption Chairman and team are on a 3-day study tour of Sierra Leone’s Anticorruption work as a benchmark for them to return and carry out reforms in Cameroon.
