We are happy to announce a new member of the #morph family, Morph-KGC, the [R2]RML engine of OEG UPM to construct #RDF knowledge graphs from heterogeneous data sources. github.com/oeg-upm/morph-…

Morph-KGC uses mapping partitioning to efficiently process large volumes of data. Memory usage is minimized in sequential mode, and the time to construct the knowledge graph is minimized in parallel processing.

Morph-KGC is developed in #Python and it is built on top of Pandas. It is freely available under the Apache 2.0 License and you can get quickly started with PyPi! pypi.org/project/morph-…

Morph-KGC currently supports: - Relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server. - Tabular files: CSV, TSV, Excel, Parquet, Feather, ORC, Stata, SAS, SPSS. - Hierarchical files: JSON, XML. And more to come!
