In my happy place. Running Stay Safe women's course with the mighty Endeavour Domestic Abuse We shared stories, experiences & celebrated who we are & why we matter. Together we explored our responses to physical threats, using our minds as well as our bodies. Uplifting, joyful & empowering

Buzzy day Kirklees College running personal safety workshops at KC Festival. We explored scenarios, our responses, the law on self defence, situational awareness, breakaway techniques, using voices and 'personal weapons' to get away safely. Great to see @fairandfunky too
Great time with Khooshi womens group #Heckmondwike running self defence workshop, exploring physical & emotional strength. We shouted نہیں (no!) to violence & abuse. Thks to TSL Kirklees Supporting Communities for funding the session & Assia from Bradford Council who came to observe #sisterhood
#ActiveBystander #sexualharassment awareness trainer training with Energize STW in Shrewsbury. We discussed our responses to this behaviour, and what options we have as bystanders to intervene safely. Thanks to Greater Manchester Moving Eve Holt for spreading the word about our work.
