I dreamed of seeing the functional involvement of brain connections. Thanks to my wonderful collaborators Victor Nozais Stephanie Forkel Chris Foulon @thiquemat and the support of the European Research Council (ERC) we just found a way to show that. Check out our preprint biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
Check out Nature Communications highlights this month! Very pleased to see the disconnectome in there Chris Foulon Nature Communications European Research Council (ERC) nature.com/collections/mj…
1/ Exciting new #colaboration btw Victor Nozais , Stephanie Forkel , Chris Foulon , @thiquemat & Michel Thiebaut de S is now out in Communications Biology : Functionnectome as a framework to analyse the contribution of brain circuits to fMRI. Read the paper here: nature.com/articles/s4200… A thread
You can now learn step by step how to use the functionnectome in our video tutorial and explore the function of white matter pathways in the living human brain youtu.be/3otMo3TmtjQ nature.com/articles/s4200… Victor Nozais Stephanie Forkel @thiquemat Chris Foulon
#Epilepsy affects over 50 million people worldwide, and many patients undergo surgery when medication doesn't work. But, even after surgery, long-term seizure freedom can be hard to achieve.
