A walk along the back of Teesside Retail Park today produced very little bird life but did see a very inquisitive Roe Deer, Comma Butterfly and a single Bee Orchid. Tees Wildlife teesbirds

Arrived at Cowpen Marsh tonight to find the Pacific Golden Plover was again at Holme Fleet. Difficult to get decent photos in windy conditions. 4th photo from Sunday night. It soon flew off back towards Greatham Creek Screen area. teesbirds

62 Black-tailed Godwit between Saltholme West and Back Salt this morning. Presumably all islandica but this bird was less deep Orange than all the others, upperparts less cluttered than the others but fringing prob too rusty for limosa? Birds always very distant…teesbirds
