Extremely disappointed with Mazda USA. I reached out so many different ways, asking for help with a engine design flaw and no one got back to me. Had to go to mechanic for very expensive repair done. That’s the last Mazda I’ll ever own. Zero customer service from corporate. Sad.

Such a disappointing experience with Mazda USA. Never heard back from anyone regarding their design flaw on the Cx-9 which ruined the engine. Big thanks to easy street automotive for replacing the engine and being so professional! Won’t ever be buying a Mazda product again!

Have to give Alaska Airlines a shout out for the service we had the last two years as mvp flyers. We got fly first class a few times, something I never imagined I could give to my kids. Even coach, ur service is the best in the biz and we’re glad you’re big in SEA! More trips in 2024!
